Great question — this is the most common one I get. Coaching is about discovery. Therapy is about recovery. In coaching, we look forward together. You're not broken and you don't need fixing. We explore who you're becoming, set meaningful goals, and build the tools to get you there. While our sessions can certainly touch on emotions and deep topics, the focus is always on growth, clarity, and moving forward.

Not at all — and honestly, most clients don't. That's exactly what we discover together. Many people come to coaching knowing something feels off but not being able to name it. Through our conversations, you'll gain clarity about what you really want and build a path to get there. The consultation is a great place to start exploring.

Each session is a conversation — but not a casual one. I'll ask thought-provoking questions that help you see things from new angles. We'll explore what's working, what's not, and what's possible. You'll leave with clarity, a shifted perspective, and concrete next steps. Sessions are typically 60 minutes, and everything we discuss stays confidential.

Absolutely. I work with clients nationwide through virtual sessions, and they're just as powerful as in-person meetings. All you need is a quiet space and a good internet connection. Virtual coaching also offers more flexibility in scheduling, which many of my clients appreciate.
