What 1:1 Coaching Looks Like
When you work with me one-on-one, you get my full attention and a completely personalized experience. There's no script, no workbook with blanks to fill in, no twelve-step formula. Every session is built around where you are right now — your challenges, your questions, your goals — and where you want to go. This is your time, and we use it intentionally.
Each 60-minute session is conversational but purposeful. I'll ask thought-provoking questions that help you see things from a different angle — the kind of questions that shift how you think about a situation entirely. Sometimes that means sitting with something uncomfortable. Sometimes it means celebrating a breakthrough you didn't see coming. The goal is always to help you move forward with more clarity than when we started.
This is not a cookie-cutter program. I don't hand you a one-size-fits-all plan and send you on your way. What works for one client won't work for another, and I respect that. Your journey is yours. My role is to walk beside you, help you see what you might be missing, and support you as you make decisions that align with who you truly are. I'm not leading you to your answers — I'm partnering with you to discover them.
I should also be clear: coaching is not therapy. But that doesn't mean we won't touch on deep emotions. When something comes up that matters — whether it's shame, fear, grief, or frustration — we don't push it aside. We sit with it, explore it, and work through it together. You'll always have a safe, judgment-free space to be vulnerable. That's where the real growth happens.
A big part of my approach is what I call "choosing your choice." So much of the time, we go through life on autopilot — reacting instead of responding, following paths that someone else laid out for us. In coaching, we slow down and get intentional. We look at what you're choosing and why. We explore what it would look like to live on purpose, to make decisions that feel like yours. I help people siphon through the mud to get to a clear stream of water — to find the clarity that's been there all along, buried under noise and doubt and other people's expectations.
Sessions happen at your pace. There's no pressure to move faster than you're ready for, and there's no judgment if you need to take a step back before you take two forward. Growth isn't linear, and I'm not interested in rushing you through it. Some clients see meaningful shifts in just a few sessions. Others work with me for months as they navigate bigger transitions. Both are completely valid.

Most clients start with weekly or bi-weekly sessions. We'll find a rhythm that works for your life and goals. Some clients eventually transition to the Potential Unleashed monthly program once they've built a strong foundation.
There's no set timeline — it depends on your goals, your pace, and where you are right now. Some clients see shifts in just a few sessions. Others work with me for several months. I'll never keep you longer than you need, and we'll check in regularly about your progress.
That happens more often than you'd think — and it's completely fine. Some of the most powerful sessions start with 'I don't know what I need today.' I'll guide the conversation with thoughtful questions, and we'll discover what needs attention together.
